Industrial pneumatic vacuum cleaner indispensable where electricity is absent or prohibited, optimising suction by means of a Venturi tube produced in-house. One of the great advantages compared with other pneumatic vacuum cleaners is the economizer that reduces the amount of air used when the cleaner is not in depression.
Machine ideal for the mechanical industry, particularly suitable for cleaning and maintenance of machine tools (lathes, mills, CNCs) and specific for the suction of metal shavings, oils and lubricants.
The OIL range includes a grill basket with a floater that separates solid materials (metal shavings or waste) leaving liquids (oils or emulsions) to drain away. The machine empties quickly and automatically using our own patented system for flow inversion.
The 11 PN OIL range also has a conductive cartridge filter treated with aluminium and certified in the M class series. It is washable and protected by a patented special chamber in INOX that prevents liquids from entering in contact with the filter.
The filter cleaning is also made easier and guaranteed by our patented POWER SHAKE system, which assures perfect automatic cleaning simply by moving a lever, avoiding the tiresome or unpleasant situations that are involved with removing and manually cleaning the filter.
