Industrial pneumatic vacuum cleaner - also available, on request, in compliance with the ATEX directives for zones 21 and 22 for areas with atmospheres at risk of explosion. The pneumatic vacuum cleaner is indispensable where electricity is absent or prohibited, optimising suction by means of a Venturi tube produced in-house. One of the great advantages compared with other pneumatic vacuum cleaners is the economizer that reduces the amount of air used when the cleaner is not in depression.

The filtration system uses a conductive cartridge filter treated with aluminium and certified in the M class series. It is washable and protected by a patented special chamber in INOX that greatly reduces the risk of clogging, creating significant advantages in terms of suction efficiency.

The principal characteristic of this machine is its use of a special LONGOPAC bag. This tubular bag is made from very resistant plastic and has a total length of 20 metres. It is easily accessible and saves time in bag changes because only the section that has been used in removed. The bag is always in place ready for the next use and portions can be removed also during operation of the machine.

Other considerable advantages of the LONGOPAC system are its simplicity and practicality, also during the suction phase. When a section of the bag is full, it can be sealed and disposed of much more easily that in a traditional system where the process is much more laborious and dust is dispersed into the air which can also be inhaled by the operator.
