- STAINLESS STEEL On request, it is possible to make 1100 Oil SERIES models using stainless steel AISI 304 for the lid, filter chamber and tank.

Industrial singlephase or threephase vaccum cleaner motorized using a side channel turbine, produced in-house and made with die cast aluminium. Extremely sturdy, quiet, powerful and reliable, it is suitable for continuous use, even 24 hours a day. The unit is turned on and off using a magnetothermic switch that is protected by an IP 55 protection box. The turbine also includes a clearly visible vacuum gauge that is useful for the operator to quickly check the state of the filter saturation.
Machine ideal for the mechanical industry, particularly suitable for cleaning and maintenance of machine tools (lathes, mills, CNCs) and specific for the suction of metal shavings, oils and lubricants.
The 1100 OIL range includes a grill basket with a floater that separates solid materials (metal shavings or waste) leaving liquids (oils or emulsions) to drain away. The machine empties quickly and automatically using our own patented system for flow inversion.
The 1100 OIL range also has a conductive cartridge filter treated with aluminium and certified in the M class series. It is washable and protected by a patented special chamber in INOX that prevents liquids from entering in contact with the filter.
The filter cleaning is also made easier and guaranteed by our patented POWER SHAKE system, which is controlled by a simple lever, and assures perfect automatic cleaning, avoiding the tedious e or unpleasant situations that are involved with removing and manually cleaning the filter.
