Industrial threephase vacuum cleaner motorized using a side channel turbine, double stage of 5.5 kW, assembled in parallel for a greater air flow and produced in-house using die cast aluminium. Extremely reliable, quiet and powerful, it is suitable for continuous use, even 24 hours a day. The unit is turned on and off using a magnetothermic switch that is protected by an IP 55 protection box. The turbine also includes a clearly visible vacuum gauge that is useful for the operator to quickly check the state of the filter saturation.
The filtration system uses a conductive cartridge filter treated with aluminium and certified in the M class series. It is washable and protected by a patented special chamber in INOX that greatly reduces the risk of clogging, creating significant advantages in terms of suction efficiency.
The filter cleaning is also made easier and guaranteed by our patented POWER SHAKE system, which is controlled by a simple lever, and assures perfect automatic cleaning, avoiding the tedious e or unpleasant situations that are involved with removing and manually cleaning the filter.
The principal characteristic of this machine is its use of a special LONGOPAC® bag. This tubular bag is made from very resistant plastic and has a total length of 20 metres. It is easily accessible and saves time in bag changes because only the section that has been used in removed. The bag is always in place ready for the next use and portions can be removed also during operation of the machine.
Other considerable advantages of the LONGOPAC® system are its simplicity and practicality, also during the suction phase. When a section of the bag is full, it can be sealed and disposed of much more easily that in a traditional system where the process is much more laborious and dust is dispersed into the air which can also be inhaled by the operator.
