HEPA FILTERS Absolute filters (BGIA certified) with efficiency up to 99,999% at 0.3 micron, mounted inside the primary filter.
Industrial vacuum cleaner, certified Atex zone 22, with 2 three phase side channel turbines, each with an independent double stage of 5.5 kW, assembled in parallel for a greater air-flow and produced in-house using die cast aluminium. Extremely reliable, quiet and powerful, it is suitable for continuous use, even 24 hours a day. The unit is turned on and off using a magnetothermic switch that is protected by an IP 55 protection box.
This model is suitable where a large airflow is needed, perfect for heavy jobs and suction of large quantities of material thanks to an airflow of 1000 m3/hr.
The filtration system uses a conductive cartridge filter treated with aluminium and certified in the M class series. It is washable and protected by a patented special chamber in INOX that greatly reduces the risk of clogging, creating significant advantages in terms of suction efficiency.
The filter cleaning is completely automatic and occurs at regular intervals that can be adjusted according to use, operation time and the time needed for cleaning the filter. With this system, the operator can avoid these cleaning phases and the tiresome or unpleasant situations that are involved with manual cleaning.
