Oil and Swarf Suction
Side Channel Turbine
The side channel turbines that we produce are made using a die-cast aluminium alloy and guarantee excellent performance together with complete reliability thanks to the precise workmanship of the mechanical shims.
Reverse Flow Valve
This patented valve is included in all COYNCO machines, allowing reverse airflow from the turbine either manually, using a simple mechanism.
Inlet - Outlet - Filter Shake Manifold
Patented together with the reverse flow valve, this manifold is fixed underneath the valve and consists of two tubes. The first is the inlet, and the other is the outlet, which holds a spring and a piston that, by moving up and down, hits the base of the filter at a high frequency creating the vibrations necessary to clean the primary filter perfectly, assuring enhanced efficiency over time.
Liquid Drainage
COYNCO has chosen a system for draining liquids that uses onlt the air produced by the aspiration unit. The main advantage of this system is the elimination of problems that derive from the clogging of pumps for moving liquids.
Filter and Filter Protection
Unlike common wet vacuum cleaners, COYNCO machines don't require the removal of the filter during the suction of liquids, allowing them to effortlessly suck modest quantities of dust without changing the configuration. The filter is protected by an INOX steel coating to prevent liquids from entering in contact with the filter unit, which remains completely dry. The lower part of the protection is conical to allow the float to stop suction when the level of liquid has risen.
Metal Swarf Separator Bucket
This typical element of the OIL series is essential for garages that need to separate oil emulsions from swarf. A float is provided to stop suction.
Bag Filters For Fine Shavings
Positioned outside the swarf separator bucket, these filters are necessary for very fine shavings up to 300 microns.
Floater
This is used in all 50 litre models or machines in the OIL series and is necessary to stop suction when there is the need for an intake of considerable quantities of liquids.
Wet Suction of Large Quantities of Liquids
It is possible to equip the machine with a submersible pump for suction of very large quantities of material, guaranteeing continuous operation with a compact machine. The problem of pump clogging, which can be found in conventional machine shop vacuum cleaners, is overcome thanks to the reverse flow technology that uses air to remove obstructions, allowing a clear passage for liquids, or sludge.
